History of testing: 
Tech was first tested on ways to regain vision, as she was born blind. The doe had only one eye removed and replaced. It gave her many problems such as electric shocks on the brain due to the wires, and when she fought with her sister, the eye became damaged, and the wires kept snapping. Due to this, Tech had been detained in isolation, so she could not injure others, or others injure her. As the whitecoats must have thought Paranoia to be quiet smart, they tested her on the drug, marijuana. This gave her brain high development and she gained an episodic memory. The downside was that she gained the illness of oneirophrenia, the whitecoats noticed this, and it seemed to fascinate them.

Damage:
Broken tail - When she was a kit, Paranoia and her siblings escaped from their container, a whitecoat did not notice, and without looking were it was going, it stepped on her tail.
Bitten ear, bite scar and scratches - A fight with her sister as the two bickered about what was wrong and right in the two rats, Blank and Shales, plans. Chez had the upper hand as her vision was perfectly fine, were as poor Tech tried to defend herself, her replacement eye becoming damaged and faulty.

Personality:
Kind, caring, but paranoid about her future, Tech is a rat who prefers to be left to her own devices. Being blind has it's ups and downs, but with her condition of oneirophrenia, her blindness is mearly an illusion to her. Often found talking to herself, or just quietly thinking, the doe tends to keep away from others. She distances herself from those who she grew up with, as all it does is remind her of her sister. Paranoia prefers to think rather than speak, so if you want a conversation, or want some information, your looking at the wrong rat.

Reason:
Tech sees the two brothers fight quiet differently to some. Even though she is a supporter of Shale, she sees nothing wrong with either of them. Her only reason for siding with Shale is that she isn't violent, and doesn't want anyone to get hurt, even the whitecoats. Her opinions on both brothers are the same, both have good ideas, and she doesn't see Blank as the bad guy, nor Shale as the savior, only that violence is never the answer.
